The Racine Public Library opened in 1897 and has been located at 75 7th Street since 1958. Located on near Lake Michigan, stop by September 7, 2022, to celebrate the Library’s 125th anniversary!

The Learning Resources Center Library serves “to educate, enrich, and empower our community by providing accessible, relevant resources.” The Library sees itself as a communal learning environment for educational collaboration.
The library staff is happy to help visitors locate materials, use the library databases, and assist with interlibrary loaning (ILL).
The Learning Resources Center library also offers wireless internet, computers, printers and scanners, and a safe group and quiet study environment.
